We are looking for a Full Stack PHP developer who helps us build and maintain solid online web-applications and solutions for both our clients and internal usage. You will do the development as part of our team of developers and designers. You are a vital part of our team in developing digital platforms.
You work structured, independently, but like sharing your work and enjoy learning new things. We also offer every opportunity to continuously improve our internal development processes. In your role as a developer, your knowledge contributes directly to the solutions we provide to our clients and to drive the growth of our company. You think along about the solution that best suits the task at hand from multiple perspectives.
What do we expect from you in this role?
- You have demonstrated knowledge in Laravel development or have experience with similar frameworks
- Demonstrated knowledge about Vue or a similar Javascript framework
- You are an experienced PHP developer
- You have demonstrated experience with working with API’s (JSON, REST), it would be great if you know a few things about GraphQL
- You are familiar with tools like Composer, NPM, working with MySQL databases
- We work with Gitlab for versioning, we expect you are familiar with Gitlab or a similar tool
- You are able to work independently and are able to thrive working remotely, while staying connected with our team
- This is a full time position
- You enjoy solving your work in a creative yet efficient way, knowing when to be pragmatic and when to build world-class robustness
What will you do at BSS Solutions?
- You will work on developing and maintaining mainly Laravel and Vue based solutions both for our internal services and for our clients
- You make the trade-off between what you can solve and when you transfer the work to colleagues
- You review the work of fellow developers before it is delivered to the client
